天津航空有限責任公司(簡稱“天津航空”)于2009 年6 月8 日掛牌成立,由海航集團和天津市政府共同出資組建,扎根環渤海地區經濟中心的天津市。

截至2019年4月底,天津航空運營A330、A320、E190等系列飛機共104架,逐步建立起包含天津、西安、呼和浩特、烏魯木齊、重慶、貴陽、海口與大連八大基地的區域航線網絡,開通國內國際航線290余條,通航城市126座。航線網絡遍布全國,連接日本、韓國、俄羅斯等周邊國家和地區,直飛英國、新西蘭、澳大利亞。天津航空連續安全運營10年,持續安全飛行超180萬小時,2018年旅客運輸量達1400余萬人次。
